Gottman Marriage Workshops
Southeast Idaho
As a Marriage and Family Therapist over the last 15 years, I have always wanted to find ways to help couples strengthen their relationship before getting into a crisis. Most couples enter counseling an average of 6 years after they should. I have also been very impressed with Dr. John Gottman's research and programs for helping couples. That is why I decided to travel to Seattle to receive training to become a Gottman Educator to bring the workshop opportunities to the Southeast Idaho area. I will be offering 2 programs in the Southeast Idaho area: Gottman's Seven Principles program (for all couples), and Bringing Baby Home (specifically about strengthening your marriage while parenting).
